Longtime Cardthartic contributing photographer Tony Arruza came across this lover's lane in Santiago, Chile. For the message, I asked a world-traveled friend to complete what I'd started, "The most romantic place on earth is ..." Marleen Kreiger's eyes sparkled with mischief and memories as she gave herself a big hug, and gave the world this lovely card message. (I just combined our names to share the credit(;-)
